Primaris is Canada’s only REIT focused on enclosed shopping centres, with ownership interests primarily in leading properties located across growing Canadian markets. Our task was to create large format images for the Toronto Headquarters.
Canadian Flavour
Curating a National Office requires an understanding of the business as well as the place that it services. This required an extensive selection of Canadian Art and Photography. No AI generative images were used because it was important to support the artistic community. Images were selected that showcased surrounding architecture.
Topographic Texture
For the main dining area we created a large format vector map of the city. Then we divided it into 3 sections to adhere to the walls within the segmented meeting booths.
Large Format Wall Photo Montage
Using an assortment of high resolution photos taken by Canadian Photographers, we created an image montage. Each featured a different Mall or retail property represented or owned by Primaris.
The production files for this wall art was extremely large (Photoshop PSB format). Colour correction and editing was required on all elements. It the end, each square was crisp and interesting to look at.

Digital Collage
Shopping malls are visually stimulating environments. This project allowed us to explore these spaces and serve them up artistically. Transforming a cold office space into a vibrant workplace.
